“Approved investment” VelesClub Int. – the property is located in Sant Gervasi, the richest area of Barcelona. The area is geographically located in the northwest in the high part of the capital of Catalonia, called the Zona Alta. The total area of the premises is 228 m², of which 158 m² on the ground floor, and 70 m² in the attic (altillo). The property is now rented by La Sirena, a well-known supermarket chain in Spain, which has more than 250 stores throughout the country. The contract with the tenant was signed in September 2021 for a period of 10 years. The annual rental amount from January 1, 2024 is 54,600 euros, from January 2025 60,240 euros per year. The annual costs associated with paying the communidad quota (492 euros) and property tax (4672 euros) are borne by the tenant.
