“Approved investment” VelesClub Int. — is a deluxe class club house located in the very heart of the historical part of Moscow — the Presnensky district. The location between Malaya Gruzinskaya Street, Stolyarny and Rastorguevsky Lanes turns the residential complex into a pearl, securely hidden in the shell of Moscow streets. Here, historical sites and fashion boutiques are combined with the intimate atmosphere of the capital's center and the magic of the Patriarch's Ponds. You can reach them in 15 minutes. Finally, the third zone was created specifically for small residents. A private courtyard forms a single location with a through lobby. In the center of the yard there is a children's playground with stylish play objects, surrounded by bushes and flowers. Along the perimeter there are trees and benches, areas for walking and conversation. The amphitheater, decorated with green spaces, adds variety to the arrangement of the yard. An important detail of the local area is the absence of cars. Space for them is provided in an underground three-level parking lot with car elevators.
