The main advantage is that the programs are available to Russians in 2024 (at least for now).
Currently, the Hungarian authorities are finalizing a new “guest-investor” program; the launch is planned for 2024. It is known that it will allow real estate buyers to obtain a 10-year residence permit, but the exact requirements for applicants and purchased objects have not yet been announced.
The basic condition is the purchase of real estate (one or more properties) for a total amount of €250-500 thousand (depending on the region). This “golden visa” can be obtained if you have a passport from a third country.
Basic conditions – investment in real estate (new building) from €300 thousand (+VAT), income from abroad – €50 thousand per year for the main applicant.
You can apply for permanent residence only after the entire required amount has been paid.
