In the UAE, a new procedure has been introduced for updating Emirates ID information, particularly in cases of name changes, job transitions, or changes in place of residence.
▪️ If you are a UAE resident residing in Dubai, you can now conveniently initiate these updates via the GDRFA-Dubai website.
▪️ Begin by accessing your existing account or registering as a new user if you haven't already done so.
▪️ Next, select the specific service required, upload the essential documents (which include a recent passport-sized photograph against a white background and a copy of your passport), complete the service fee payment, and submit your application. Alternatively, this process can also be completed through the AMER centre in Dubai.
