The project consists of a single 43-storey building (186 metres high) that includes apartments and hotel rooms managed by an international hospitality brand. The development features a rooftop sky bar and a restaurant on the 42nd floor as a key on-site facility.

The project’s infrastructure includes a modern gym, a wellness centre, swimming pools and a children's club. Layouts include studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments and hotel rooms; units have 3-metre ceilings, balconies and exclusive interior design, and are sold fully furnished. From an investment perspective, the management company operates a rental program (obligatory for studios, 1- and 2-bedroom units) under a 25-year management contract: owners receive 40% of revenue and an annual allocation of 45 points (30 points reserved for the owner and family, 15 points transferable to third-party guests). The mandatory rental program runs for an initial 10 years with offered 5-year extensions. Initial ownership is provided until 2060 under the current land lease, with extension upon expiry.
