EDGE is a residential complex in the Mina Al Arab district on Al Marjan Island that blends modern urban living with a seaside atmosphere. The development sits next to public beaches, restaurants, shopping centers and hotels. The grounds include lounge areas, a clubhouse, a large swimming pool, outdoor children’s and sports playgrounds, and other amenities designed for comfortable everyday living.

The complex offers studios, 1–2 bedroom apartments and penthouses. All units come equipped with a smart-home system (security, climate and lighting control via smartphone or voice). The architecture follows a contemporary, maritime-inspired style: angular balconies evoking yacht hulls and views over the lagoon.
