25H Heimat is a new branded residential development in Dubai’s business and tourist heart, Downtown Dubai, created in collaboration with the international hospitality group Ennismore. The contemporary 74‑storey tower brings together 338 residences, underground parking and communal areas with premium amenities: a lounge on the 63rd floor, a music room and podcast studio, an infinity pool, cryo‑sauna, rooftop yoga area, mini‑golf and more.
