Program Eligibility:

- Open to Russians and Belarusians.
- The residence permit is valid for one year.


Conditions:

1. Property Purchase: Acquire real estate with a minimum value of $100,000 (whether primary or secondary).
2. Property Rights: Ensure the property right is duly registered in the Public Register of Georgia.
3. Certified Appraiser: Obtain an appraisal from an appraiser certified by the Ministry of Justice.
